Pineapple Glaze
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 ounce crushed pineapple
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- mix brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt in sauce pan
- stir in pineapple, lemon juice and mustard
- cook over med heat stirring till thick
- boil stirring 1 min
- used for glazing hams
