Pineapple Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 ounce crushed pineapple
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  • mix brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt in sauce pan
  • stir in pineapple, lemon juice and mustard
  • cook over med heat stirring till thick
  • boil stirring 1 min
  • used for glazing hams
