Pretzel Salad
Ingredients
Crust
- 2 1/2 cup broken pretzels
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
2nd level
- 8 ounce cream cheese room temp
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounce cool whip
Jello
- 1 pkg jello
- 1 lbs fruit
Instructions
Pretzel Crust
- combine pretzels butter(melted) and brown sugar
- put in buttered pan and bake at 350 for 15 min
Cream Layer
- cream cream cheese and powdered sugar
- fold in cool whip
- pour on cooled pretzel layer
- chill
Jello Layer
- make jello with 2 cups boiling water
- as it cools add fruit
- carefully pour on cream layer
- cool in refrigerator till needed
