Pretzel Salad

Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 1/2 cup broken pretzels
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

2nd level

  • 8 ounce cream cheese room temp
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounce cool whip

Jello

  • 1 pkg jello
  • 1 lbs fruit

Instructions

Pretzel Crust

  • combine pretzels butter(melted) and brown sugar
  • put in buttered pan and bake at 350 for 15 min

Cream Layer

  • cream cream cheese and powdered sugar
  • fold in cool whip
  • pour on cooled pretzel layer
  • chill

Jello Layer

  • make jello with 2 cups boiling water
  • as it cools add fruit
  • carefully pour on cream layer
  • cool in refrigerator till needed
