Stuffing
Ingredients
- 18 cups dried Bread
- 3 large chopped onions
- 8 ribs celery
- 2 cup butter
- 2 tsp Thyme
- 3 tsp dry sage
- 4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- saute onions and celery in half the butter
- season the bread crumbs with the dry seasonings
- mix lightly to spread the seasonings on bread crumbs.
- melt the remaining butter win the onions and celery
- mix butter mixture in the bread crumbs
- cook at 350 in the wok (or large pan)
- stirring occasionally to keep from burning the stuffing
- covering the wok will keep the stuffing moist and allow the mixtures to blend.
- hopefully there is some left to serve after the "taste testing"
