Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 18 cups dried Bread
  • 3 large chopped onions
  • 8 ribs celery
  • 2 cup butter
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • 3 tsp dry sage
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • saute onions and celery in half the butter
  • season the bread crumbs with the dry seasonings
  • mix lightly to spread the seasonings on bread crumbs.
  • melt the remaining butter win the onions and celery
  • mix butter mixture in the bread crumbs
  • cook at 350 in the wok (or large pan)
  • stirring occasionally to keep from burning the stuffing
  • covering the wok will keep the stuffing moist and allow the mixtures to blend.
  • hopefully there is some left to serve after the "taste testing"
