saute onions and celery in half the butter
season the bread crumbs with the dry seasonings
mix lightly to spread the seasonings on bread crumbs.
melt the remaining butter win the onions and celery
mix butter mixture in the bread crumbs
cook at 350 in the wok (or large pan)
stirring occasionally to keep from burning the stuffing
covering the wok will keep the stuffing moist and allow the mixtures to blend.
hopefully there is some left to serve after the "taste testing"
