Polish Sausage
Ingredients
- 25 lbs ground beef may substitue 5 lbs pork for 5 lbs ground beef if it is lean to add fat
 - 2 cups dry milk
 - 1 cup tender quick salt
 - 1/2 cup sugar
 - 5 tbsp black pepper
 - 3 tbsp coriander (whole)
 - 3 tsp garlic powder
 - 4 tsp onion powder
 
Instructions
- mix well over three days mixing well each day
 - form into rolls and place on roasting pans
 - make basting mixture with 1 part liquid smoke and 5 parts water
 - bake at 200 for 4 – 6 hours
 - basting periodically
 - if they are done they will bounce when cool
