ground beef may substitue 5 lbs pork for 5 lbs ground beef if it is lean to add fat

Instructions
mix well over three days mixing well each day
form into rolls and place on roasting pans
make basting mixture with 1 part liquid smoke and 5 parts water
bake at 200 for 4 - 6 hours
basting periodically
if they are done they will bounce when cool
