Keto Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 2 cup shredded mozzarella chees
 - 1 oz cream cheese
 - 1 cup almond flour
 - 1 lrg egg
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning optional
 - 1 tsp garlic powder optional
 
Instructions
- preheat oven to 450
 - add mozzarella and cream cheese to large bowl and microwave for 45 sec
 - add egg almond flour baking powder itallian seasoning and garlic
 - mix with spoon until well incorporated
 - transfer to lrg parchment paper and cover with another piece of parchment paper
 - flatten out he dough using a rolling pin to about 1/4 " thick
 - transfer pizza to baking sheet
 - bake 10 min (not so long)
 - remove from oven and load toppings
 - bake for another 5 – 8 min until cheese is bubbly
 
Notes
on initial cook may cook additional few min to make crackers
