Keto Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella chees
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 lrg egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning optional
  • 1 tsp garlic powder optional

Instructions

  • preheat oven to 450
  • add mozzarella and cream cheese to large bowl and microwave for 45 sec
  • add egg almond flour baking powder itallian seasoning and garlic
  • mix with spoon until well incorporated
  • transfer to lrg parchment paper and cover with another piece of parchment paper
  • flatten out he dough using a rolling pin to about 1/4 " thick
  • transfer pizza to baking sheet
  • bake 10 min (not so long)
  • remove from oven and load toppings
  • bake for another 5 – 8 min until cheese is bubbly

Notes

on initial cook may cook additional few min to make crackers
