Keto Pizza Crust
Ingredients

cup
shredded mozzarella chees
1
oz
cream cheese
1
cup
almond flour

lrg
egg

tsp
baking powder
1
tsp
Italian seasoning
optional

tsp
garlic powder
optional
Instructions
preheat oven to 450
add mozzarella and cream cheese to large bowl and microwave for 45 sec
add egg almond flour baking powder itallian seasoning and garlic
mix with spoon until well incorporated
transfer to lrg parchment paper and cover with another piece of parchment paper
flatten out he dough using a rolling pin to about 1/4 " thick
transfer pizza to baking sheet
bake 10 min (not so long)
remove from oven and load toppings
bake for another 5 - 8 min until cheese is bubbly
Notes
on initial cook may cook additional few min to make crackers
