Fortune Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 unbeaten egg white
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 cup butter
Instructions
- mix egg white, and sugar until sugar is dissolved
- stir in one at a time the other dry ingredients
- melt the butter
- drop by teaspoons well apart into lightly greased backing disk
- microwave at full power 3 min
- let stand only 1 min because it is necessary to curl cookie while warm
- the top of the cookie will be the outside and the underneath part will be folded inward with the message.
- repeat the microwaving until finished
