Crab Cakes
Ingredients
- 6 ounces flaked crab meat
- 2 lightly beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 ounces quick oats
- 1/2 cup scallions
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 2 tbsp flour
Instructions
- mix all but flour and oil
- let stand 30 min shape into patties
- lightly coat each patty with the flour
- heat oil over med-high heat
- cook crab cakes 5 min on each side until browned
