Crab Cakes
Ingredients

ounces
flaked crab meat

lightly
beaten eggs
1 1/2
ounces
quick oats
1/2
cup
scallions
1
tbsp
chopped fresh coriander
1/2
tsp
dry mustard
1/2
tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
hot pepper sauce
2
tbsp
flour
Instructions
mix all but flour and oil
let stand 30 min shape into patties
lightly coat each patty with the flour
heat oil over med-high heat
cook crab cakes 5 min on each side until browned
