Zucchini Cassarole
Needs 1.5 hrs cooking time
Ingredients
Sauce
- 8 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp horseradish mustard
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Vegetables
- 1 coursley chopped onion
- 1 coursley chopped green pepper
- 1 sm pkg frozen baby lima beans
- 1 can green beans (add later)
- 1 sliced zucchini (add later)
- 1 sliced tomatoes (add later)
Instructions
- line dripper pan with foil
- combine green peppers, onion, lima beans
- cover with half the sauce
- bake for 20 min at 375 (Uncovered)
- turn oven down to 350
- add green beans, zucchini, and tomatoes
- pour over the veges the remaining sauce and (Cover) with foil
- bake at 350 for 1 hour
