Zucchini Cassarole
Needs 1.5 hrs cooking time
Sauce
- 8 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp horseradish mustard
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Vegetables
- 1 coursley chopped onion
- 1 coursley chopped green pepper
- 1 sm pkg frozen baby lima beans
- 1 can green beans (add later)
- 1 sliced zucchini (add later)
- 1 sliced tomatoes (add later)
line dripper pan with foil
combine green peppers, onion, lima beans
cover with half the sauce
bake for 20 min at 375 (Uncovered)
turn oven down to 350
add green beans, zucchini, and tomatoes
pour over the veges the remaining sauce and (Cover) with foil
bake at 350 for 1 hour
