Feta Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 8 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (or blue cheese)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup mayonnese
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard

Instructions

  • mix vinegar and sugar
  • let stand until sugar is mixed in
  • mix remaining sauce ingredents
  • let combine the flavors for a while
  • combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl
  • cover with sauce
  • let stand in refridgerator for at least 1 hour

Tastes great on regular salad as well
