Spicy Shrimp on a Skewer
Ingredients
- 1 -2 lbs lrg shrimp (raw)
- 2 chopped chipotte peppers (in adobe sauce)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp honey (creamy)
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 juiced lime
Instructions
- mix everything but the shrimp together
- merinade the shrimp in the sauce for 10 hrs
- soak wooden skewers in water for 60 min
- put shrimp on the skewers (4 jumbo)
- add mesquite seasoning
- grill on on the indirect side grill for 1 1/2 min to opaque on each side
- turn every min or so
