in a large bowl mix 4 cup flour, sugar, salt, dry milk, and yeast
gradually add warm water to dry ingredients and beat 2 min at med speed.
scape bowl occationally
add 1 1/2 cup flour beat at high speed
stir in additional flour to make stiff dough
turn out onto lightly floured board
need until smooth and elastic, about 15 min
cover with a towel and rest for 15 min
divide dough into 4 equal portions
form into smooth round ball
flatten each ball into a mound about 6 inches in diameter
place in greased packing sheets
cover with plastic wrap
freeze until firm freeze upto 4 weeks
remove from freezer until thawed (about 4 hours)
Roll into 12 x 8 inches.
shape into loaves.
place in greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan
let rise in warm place until doubled in height (about 1.4 hrs)
bake at 350 for about 35 min. or untill done
remove from pan and cool on wire racks.
