Gluten free Brownies
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Dutch-process cocoa (mine is Guittard Cocoa Rouge Cocoa Powder)
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup King Arthur gluten-free measure for measure flour
- 3 lrg eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp water
optional
- 1 cup diced pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350lightly grease a 8' or 9 " square pan
- whisk together cocoa, sugar, salt baking powder flour (and optional stuff ( I add dark chips)
- stir in egg, oil and water until evenly blended
- spoon in the mixture into the pan smothing to top
- bake brownies for 45 min (in an 8 " pan) or 35 min (in a 9" pan) can be adjusted depending on doneness you like.
- cool on rack for 1 hour before slicing
