Pumpkin Pie`

Ingredients

  • 1 can Libby pumpkin (29 ounces)
  • 3 cups evaporated milk (24 fl ounces)
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 unbaked deep dish pie shells

Instructions

  • mix dry ingredients in med bowl
  • beat eggs and add to mix stirring together
  • stir in pumpkin
  • gradually add the milk
  • pour into pie shells
  • bake at 425 for 15 min
  • reduce heat to 350 and bake for 35 -45 min or until knife comes out clean
  • cool for 2 hrs and serve immediately or refrigerate
  • top with whipping cream or ice cream
