Pumpkin Pie`
Ingredients
- 1 can Libby pumpkin (29 ounces)
 - 3 cups evaporated milk (24 fl ounces)
 - 1 1/2 cup sugar
 - 4 large eggs
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 2 tsp ground cinnamon
 - 1 tsp ground ginger
 - 1/2 tsp ground cloves
 - 2 unbaked deep dish pie shells
 
Instructions
- mix dry ingredients in med bowl
 - beat eggs and add to mix stirring together
 - stir in pumpkin
 - gradually add the milk
 - pour into pie shells
 - bake at 425 for 15 min
 - reduce heat to 350 and bake for 35 -45 min or until knife comes out clean
 - cool for 2 hrs and serve immediately or refrigerate
 - top with whipping cream or ice cream
