Classic Spritz Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - 1 1/2 cup butter
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 1 egg
 - 2 tbsp milk
 - 1 tsp no color almond extract
 - 1 tsp clear vanilla
 
Instructions
- in a bowl combine flour and baking soda and wisk together
 - in another bowl beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy
 - add egg milk, vanilla and almond extract
 - gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture
 - do not chill
 - fill cookie dough into press and place on ungreased cookie sheet
 - bake for 10 – 12 min or until edges are light golden brown
 - cool 2 min on cookie cooling rack cool completely
 - if decorate to your liking, if desired
