Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp cold water
Instructions
- sift flour and salt into a large bowl
- make a well in the center of the flour
- add 1 egg at a time mixing slightly after each egg
- add the water
- mix well to make a stiff dough
- turn dough into slightly floured surface and knead 6 to 8 minutes
- cut dough into manageable sizes.
- keep remainder of the dough in a towel while using the rest.
- roll out onto slightly floured surface to desired thickness
- cut into slices the thickness you want
- let the dough dry some
- boil in salted water for 6 to 10 minutes.
Notes
It is best if used the same day.
