Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp cold water

Instructions

  • sift flour and salt into a large bowl
  • make a well in the center of the flour
  • add 1 egg at a time mixing slightly after each egg
  • add the water
  • mix well to make a stiff dough
  • turn dough into slightly floured surface and knead 6 to 8 minutes
  • cut dough into manageable sizes.
  • keep remainder of the dough in a towel while using the rest.
  • roll out onto slightly floured surface to desired thickness
  • cut into slices the thickness you want
  • let the dough dry some
  • boil in salted water for 6 to 10 minutes.

Notes

It is best if used the same day.
