sift flour and salt into a large bowl
make a well in the center of the flour
add 1 egg at a time mixing slightly after each egg
add the water
mix well to make a stiff dough
turn dough into slightly floured surface and knead 6 to 8 minutes
cut dough into manageable sizes.
keep remainder of the dough in a towel while using the rest.
roll out onto slightly floured surface to desired thickness
cut into slices the thickness you want
let the dough dry some
boil in salted water for 6 to 10 minutes.
