Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1/4 med onion chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms 2
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp oregano/dry
  • 2 tbsp Smoked paprika
  • 2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  • cook Backon peices
  • remove to paper towel
  • add onion, celery, peperand mushroom
  • cook to soft (6 min)
  • add garlic and cook 1 min
  • push vege to 1 side and add beef
  • drain fat return to heat
  • add spices and combine aand cook for 2 min
  • add broth and bring to simmer
