Keto Chili
Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon
 - 1/4 med onion chopped
 - 2 stalks celery chopped
 - 1 green pepper chopped
 - 1/2 cup mushrooms 2
 - 2 cloves garlic minced
 - 2 lbs ground beef
 - 2 tsp chili powder
 - 2 tsp cumin
 - 2 tsp oregano/dry
 - 2 tbsp Smoked paprika
 - 2 cup beef broth
 
Instructions
- cook Backon peices
 - remove to paper towel
 - add onion, celery, peperand mushroom
 - cook to soft (6 min)
 - add garlic and cook 1 min
 - push vege to 1 side and add beef
 - drain fat return to heat
 - add spices and combine aand cook for 2 min
 - add broth and bring to simmer
