Name: Lemon Drop Cookies
Ingredients: 2 cup sugar; 1 1/2 cup crisco butter flavored; 3 lrg eggs; 2 tsp vanilla; 1 tsp lemon extract; 4 cup flour; 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda; 1 1/2 tsp baking powder; 1 tsp salt; 1 finaly chopped lemmons , zest of; 3/4 cup leamon heads crushed (We use bizzer to crush them); 1 cup powdered sugar; 1 juice of 1 lemon

Lemon Drop Cookies

Ingredients

2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup crisco butter flavored
3 lrg eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon extract
4 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 finaly chopped lemmons , zest of
3/4 cup leamon heads crushed We use bizzer to crush them
1 cup powdered sugar
1 juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350
cream sugar. shortening, eggs and the extracts
stir in dry ingredient, lemon zest, and crushed lemon heads
Roll into 1 inch balls, flatten slightly on parchment lined baking sheet (cooking spray works also)
bake for 7-8 min
let cool on pan 1-2 minutes
Make glazeby mixing powdered sugar with lemon juice
Brush lightly over tops of cookies
Let stand to cool completly
