Cabbage Carrots and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes (shredded)
  • 2 Carrots (shedded)
  • 1/2 Cabbage (shredded)
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • 100 g grams breadcrumbs
  • grated nutmeg
  • 3 TBSP vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp mayonaise
  • 2 chhoped black olives

Instructions

  • grate the vegetables
  • add the eggs, bread crumbs, nutmeg, and oil
  • mix well with spoons and forks
  • on aparchment lined pan spread oil on the parchment
  • pour in the cabbage mix and spread out in the pan
  • bake at 400 for 25 min
    Let cool
  • cut into shapes can be any shape. make some smaller ones for side decor
  • 1 table mayo placed on plate
  • 2 black olives chopped placed over the top
