Cabbage Carrots and Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 potatoes (shredded)
- 2 Carrots (shedded)
- 1/2 Cabbage (shredded)
- 2 eggs
- salt
- 100 g grams breadcrumbs
- grated nutmeg
- 3 TBSP vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp mayonaise
- 2 chhoped black olives
Instructions
- grate the vegetables
- add the eggs, bread crumbs, nutmeg, and oil
- mix well with spoons and forks
- on aparchment lined pan spread oil on the parchment
- pour in the cabbage mix and spread out in the pan
- bake at 400 for 25 minLet cool
- cut into shapes can be any shape. make some smaller ones for side decor
- 1 table mayo placed on plate
- 2 black olives chopped placed over the top
