Preheat oven to 350
cream sugar. shortening, eggs and the extracts
stir in dry ingredient, lemon zest, and crushed lemon heads
Roll into 1 inch balls, flatten slightly on parchment lined baking sheet (cooking spray works also)
bake for 7-8 min
let cool on pan 1-2 minutes
Make glazeby mixing powdered sugar with lemon juice
Brush lightly over tops of cookies
Let stand to cool completly
