Ingredients

Graham Cracker crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter

Filling

  • 40 oz Softened Cream cheese (5 packages @8 oz/pack)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Crust

  • mix crumbs, 3 tbsp sugar and melted butter
  • press into 9" springform pan

Filling

  • beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanillaon med speed.
  • add eggs 1 egg at a time mix on low speed just until blended
  • bake at 350 for 1 hour
  • run knife around rim of the pan to loosen cake
  • cool before removing the rim refrigerate 4 hours or over night

Notes

Helpful Hint:  For more even cooking place a pan of boiling water onto rack below cheeseacke during baking.
