Ingredients
Graham Cracker crust
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp butter
Filling
- 40 oz Softened Cream cheese (5 packages @8 oz/pack)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
Crust
- mix crumbs, 3 tbsp sugar and melted butter
- press into 9" springform pan
Filling
- beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanillaon med speed.
- add eggs 1 egg at a time mix on low speed just until blended
- bake at 350 for 1 hour
- run knife around rim of the pan to loosen cake
- cool before removing the rim refrigerate 4 hours or over night
Notes
Helpful Hint: For more even cooking place a pan of boiling water onto rack below cheeseacke during baking.
