(5 packages @8 oz/pack)

flour

vanilla

Instructions
Crust
mix crumbs, 3 tbsp sugar and melted butter
press into 9" springform pan
Filling
beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanillaon med speed.
add eggs 1 egg at a time mix on low speed just until blended
bake at 350 for 1 hour
run knife around rim of the pan to loosen cake
cool before removing the rim refrigerate 4 hours or over night
Notes
Helpful Hint
: For more even cooking place a pan of boiling water onto rack below cheeseacke during baking.
