combine 2 cup of wheat and white flour, yeast, sugar and salt mix well
add warm water and oil  add to flour mixture
blend on low speed until moistened
blend 3 min at med speed 
knead for 10 min adding flour to thicken 
cover with grease plastic wrap then towel
rest for 20 min
punch down the dough and devide into 12 
shape into balls
place on booard with space between 
cover and let rise for 30 min
preheat oven to 500
roll each into a 6 inch circle
place  up to 3 at a time in oven right on the rack
bake until puffed and browned (about3 min)
cool on racks
may cut into halves and stuff with sandwich fixings
