combine 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and soda
warm water and milk to between 120 -130 degrees
add to dry ingredients
stir in enough remaining flour to make a stiff batter
put into greased and corn floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pans
sprinkle cornmeal on tops of loaf
cover and let rise 45 min.
bake at 400 for 25 min.
remove from pan imediateley and cool on racks
