powdered sugar

Instructions
Cookies
combine butter and sugar until fluffy
add eggs and flavorings
mix in flour, salt, baking powder, and oatmeal
mix and chill
roll out dough on floured cabinet and cut into shapes
bake at 350 for 12 - 15 min
Frosting
mix butter, powdered sugar, egg whites, and vanilla
frost the cooled cookies
Notes
I like to make my cookies pink with a little mint in the frosting
