cover the chicken with a seasoned flourbrown in oil mix the water mushroom juice and bullion cubes
place rice in bottom of 9" x 13" pan
Sprinkle wth salt and pepper
sprinkle the onions on top
Sprinkle mushrooms next
dot top with the butter
Place the chicken on top
gently add all the water bulion mix
cover with foil
bake at 225 for 2 hrs then 250 for 1 hour
Remove foil the last 15 min. for drier rice.
