heat slow cooker on low
add chicken stock, garlic, shallot, leek celery, onions, butter, and salt and pepper
Cover and cook for 1 hr.
to slow cooker add clams, clam juice and bacon
Add cream, cream cheese, garlic powder and thyme
continue to mix untill there are no visible clumps of chream cheese and ingredients are well incorporated.
Cover and cook for 6-8 hrs.
