Blackjack brisket
Ingredients

hickory smoke bbq sauce

molasses

tbsp
liquid smoke
Instructions
preheat to 250
Place brisket in roasting pan
Pour pop over meat place onions on top of meat
Season meat with the spices
Combine molasses and smoke pour over roast
Cover with aluminum foil
Bake for 6-8 hours or until pork is fork tender
