romaine lettuce prepped

cup
cut tomatoes
Instructions
cook bacon to brown and crispy
crumble save 2 tbsp bacon fat
whisk fat vinegar mayo basil stand @room temp and cover
in skilet cook cubed in canola oil with ssalt and pepper to make crutons
combine and toss in dressing
