Basil Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 Lbs bacon
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 2 tbsp red wine vineger
- 1/4 cup basil
- 4 slices french bread
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp conola oil
- 1 lbs romaine lettuce prepped
- 1-2 cup cut tomatoes
Instructions
- cook bacon to brown and crispy
- crumble save 2 tbsp bacon fat
- whisk fat vinegar mayo basil stand @room temp and cover
- in skilet cook cubed in canola oil with ssalt and pepper to make crutons
- combine and toss in dressing
