Pineapple Sherbet

Pineapple Sherbet

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  • cut pineapple in half, lengthwise
  • remove pulp and place in saucepan
  • add remaining ingredients
  • and cook for 5 min
  • place in food processor until smooth
  • pour into a bowl and freeze until firm
  • remove from freezer and beat until frothy
  • freeze until ready to serve
