Pineapple Sherbet
Ingredients
- 1 pineapple
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- cut pineapple in half, lengthwise
- remove pulp and place in saucepan
- add remaining ingredients
- and cook for 5 min
- place in food processor until smooth
- pour into a bowl and freeze until firm
- remove from freezer and beat until frothy
- freeze until ready to serve
