Shish Kabob
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 whole peppercorns, cracked
- 2 whole cardommen seeds
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 tsp tyme crushed
- 2 lbs lamb
Instructions
- combine all the ingredients
- chill for 6 – 8 hours stir every so often
- cook on grill 1/4 turn every 3 min.
