Ingredients

  • 12 oz evaporated milk (1 can)
  • 4 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 6 oz good quality milk chocolate bars or 2 cup real chocolate chip
  • 7 oz marshmellow cream
  • 1 cup butter 2 sqaures
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • combine in a large bowl chocolate, butter, vanilla salt and marshmellow cream
  • ina a large pan combile milk and sugar and bring to a boil stirring consistantly
  • pour over chocolate mixture and stir until chocolate is melted.
  • pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan

Notes

White Fudge
made with white chocolate chips/bars, instead of milk chocolate
Mixed colors
divide mixture in half add coloring and desired flavoring
put into pan in dolups and lightly marble the colors together in a marbling look
