The Best Fudge
Ingredients
- 12 oz evaporated milk (1 can)
- 4 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 6 oz good quality milk chocolate bars or 2 cup real chocolate chip
- 7 oz marshmellow cream
- 1 cup butter 2 sqaures
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- combine in a large bowl chocolate, butter, vanilla salt and marshmellow cream
- ina a large pan combile milk and sugar and bring to a boil stirring consistantly
- pour over chocolate mixture and stir until chocolate is melted.
- pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan
Notes
White Fudge
made with white chocolate chips/bars, instead of milk chocolate
Mixed colors
divide mixture in half add coloring and desired flavoring
put into pan in dolups and lightly marble the colors together in a marbling look
