Cheesy Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 lbs par cooked and peeled potatoes
- 1/8 lbs butter
- 1/8 lbs cheese
- 3 2/3 oz sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 fl oz evaperated milk
- 4-6 chopped green onions
Instructions
- cook potatoes, peel and slice.
- melt butter and spread a little in the pan
- Mix sour cream, soup and milk
- layering potatoes then butter and then soup mixture ending with soup mixture
- top with some cheese
- bake for 15 min at 350

Sprinkle with fried onions if desired
