Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 lbs par cooked and peeled potatoes
  • 1/8 lbs butter
  • 1/8 lbs cheese
  • 3 2/3 oz sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 fl oz evaperated milk
  • 4-6 chopped green onions

Instructions

  • cook potatoes, peel and slice.
  • melt butter and spread a little in the pan
  • Mix sour cream, soup and milk
  • layering potatoes then butter and then soup mixture ending with soup mixture
  • top with some cheese
  • bake for 15 min at 350

Notes

Sprinkle with fried onions if desired
