Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 7 oz minced clams reserve the juice
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp horseradish
  • 1/4 cup clam juice from reserved juice

Instructions

  • reserve 1/4 cup clam juice, drain the remaining
  • blend cream cheese until smooth
  • add clam juice, lemon juice, garlic salt, and horseradish
  • blend and then add clams
  • refrigerate until needed/chilled
