Clam Chip Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 7 oz minced clams reserve the juice
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp horseradish
- 1/4 cup clam juice from reserved juice
Instructions
- reserve 1/4 cup clam juice, drain the remaining
- blend cream cheese until smooth
- add clam juice, lemon juice, garlic salt, and horseradish
- blend and then add clams
- refrigerate until needed/chilled
