Banana Crunch Cake

  • 10" bundt pan

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 pkg dry mix of coconut pecan frosting
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 large smashed banana
  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix

Coconut Pecan Frosting substitute

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup copped pecans
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp butter cold

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • grease and flour 10 " bundt pan
  • combine oatmeal and frosting dry mix
  • melt butter pour over oatmeal mix. stur till crumbly
  • mix sour cream and banana in another bowl
  • in another bowl mix the yellow cake mix according to directions
  • blend banana mixture into cake mix
  • sprinkle 1/3 cup oatmeal mixture into bundt pan
  • pour 1/2 of the cake mix into the bundt pan
  • repeat process ending with a layer of the oatmeal
  • bake for 50 – 60 min
  • cool for 15 min and remove from pans so that the crumbs are on top

Coconut frosting Substitute

  • mix dry ingredients
  • add 3 tbsp butter adn cut in
  • After all mix istogether and crumbly
  • Mix in 2 tbsp melted butter
