Rhubarb Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cup chopped rhubarb
 - 1 cup ketsup
 - 1/2 cup water
 - 1 small onion
 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
 - 2 tbsp cider vinegar
 - 2 tbsp dijon mustard
 - 2 tbsp chopped chipotle in adobo sauce
 - 2 tsp worchestershire sauce
 - 2 chopped garlic cloves
 - 1 tsp salt
 
Instructions
- combine all ingredients into a large saucepan.
 - bring to a boil on high
 - reduce to simmer and cook for 18 – 20 min
 - cool a bit then blend in a blender till smooth

makes about 2 1/2 cups
