Caramel Slurry
Ingredients
- 8 ounce corn pops
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- put pops in very large bowl
- put butter, sugar, and syrup in large sauce pan
- bring to boil then add baking soda
- remove from heat and caramel will become frothy
- pour over pops and toss to coat well
- spread into lagre cookie sheet
- bake for 10 min at 250
- remove from oven and stir and toss
- put back into oven and bake another 10 min
- spread out onto wax paper until cool
- store in baggies
