Pumpkin Cake
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 egg
- 1 small can pumpkin
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 pkg dry instant vanilla pudding
Instructions
- combine sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin
- in another bowl combine cake mix, spices and pudding mix
- combine pumpkin mix and cake mix
- pour into greased and floured pan
- bake at 350 for 25 - 35 min.
