Strawberry Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup smashed strawberries
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- smash the strawberries leaving some chunks
- combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla
- stir in strawberries
- place in pie pan with graham cracker crust (or no crust)
