Fruit Leather

Equipment

  • dehydrator and fruit leather trays

Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 cup fruit juices
  • 2 - 3 tbsp corn syrup or honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Blend in blender
  • place in fruit leather tray
  • dehydrate for at least 10 hrs test consistency
  • cut in to pieces and wrap in plastic
