Mint Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 4 squares melted chocolate
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 tsp vannila
  • 1/2 tsp mint flavoring
  • 1 1/2 cup flour

Frosting

  • 6 tbsp softened butter
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp whipping cream
  • 1 tsp mint flavoring

Chocolate Topping

  • 12 oz melted chocolate chips (semi sweet)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

Brownies

  • beat by hand sugar, eggs, vanilla and mint flavoring.
  • add flour and mix until flour is mixed in.
  • pour mixture into a greased 9" x13" pan
  • bake at 350 for 30 min.
  • cool

Frosting

  • Cream the butterpowdered sugar cream flavoring and a few droppes of coloring for color (red or green generally)
  • Spred thefosting on the completly cooled brownie base
  • Chill for 10 min.

Chocolate Topping

  • combine melted butter and melted chips
  • spread over the frosting layer making little waves on the top.
