- Pizelle waffle maker
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 7 cup flour
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 4 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp anise seed (optional)
Instructions
- Blend eggs and sugar
- add cooled melted butter, vanilla, and anise
- stir in flour, baking powder
- batter should be dough like consistency
- roll into 1 inch balls
- place in pizzelle maker for a few seconds and then on cooling racks
