Sweet & Sour Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • dash salt
  • 2 tbsp corn starch

Instructions

  • combine all ingredients but the cornstarch
  • bring to boil
  • add some liquid to the cornstarch (little at a time)
  • mix well until thinish
  • combine cornstarch mix to the liquid
  • simmer until desired thickness
